Your guided visit starts under the majestic canopy of a 300-year-old umbrella-shaped mulberry tree, a symbolic living monument that tells the story of sericulture and the intertwined heritage of local crafts passed down through generations. Step inside the prosciutteria one of the rarest of its kind, where prosciuttos, pancetta, and other cured meats are dried naturally using the pure Karst air and the cooling Bora wind.
