Description
Don't want to hire a mountain guide to climb Triglav? You need the right preparation. This package gives you exactly what experienced mountain professionals use to plan a safe, successful ascent without paying for a guided tour.
Before you set off, you'll have a briefing with a certified IFMGA mountain guide. Your guide will check the weather window with you, review current trail conditions, walk you through your chosen route step by step, and answer every question you have. On the day of your hike, the same guide is available by phone - a safety net most self-guided climbers don't have.
You'll receive our professional e-guidebook, one of the most detailed Triglav climbing guides available, covering two routes (the easiest from Krma Valley and a more challenging one from Vrata Valley), step-by-step itineraries with elevation data, mountain hut information, safety protocols, weather reading skills, and what to do if conditions change. GPX tracks for both routes are included and work offline on any device.
We handle the logistics that trip people up. Your mountain hut accommodation is booked by us for the exact dates of your climb. No phone calls in Slovenian, no risk of arriving at a full hut.
We kit you out with a certified helmet, harness, and via ferrata set from our Bled shop, properly fitted and checked before you leave. Optional add-ons, such as hiking boots, trekking poles, a headlamp, gloves, and a Julian Alps map, are available to rent if you're traveling light.
We have been guiding and equipping climbers on Triglav for years, with IFMGA certification. Mountain hut beds fill up fast in July and August, so book this package early and we'll lock in your dates before the season peaks.

Important Information
- Minimum fitness: able to hike 8+ hours carrying a daypack on mountain terrain
Minimum age: 8 years (children must be accompanied by a fit adult)
Not suitable for people with heart conditions, serious fear of heights, or no previous mountain hiking experience
The final via ferrata section to the summit is mandatory — there is no alternative route to the top
Book at least 2 weeks in advance in July–August — hut availability is limited
Season: late June to late September (route conditions vary — your guide will confirm)
Cancellation: if weather makes the climb unsafe on your dates, we will reschedule or refund
