Description
Join around 3 hours family adventure and become an ice cream maker. Set off on a beautiful educational path through the green Dolenjska nature. On your journey, visit two fantastic local farms: the Uhan Fruit Farm (Sadjarska kmetija Uhan) and the Kukenberger Organic Farm (Ekološka kmetija Kukenberger). At the farms, gather the freshest 100% natural and organic ingredients available, perfectly tailored to the season, such as fresh organic milk and delicious, hand-picked seasonal fruits. During the colder months when fresh fruits are not growing, learn about the fascinating process of freeze-drying (lyophilization). Discover how this healthy method preserves all the nutrients, vibrant colors, and intense flavors of the fruit. Then, use these delicious freeze-dried fruits, which are available year-round, to make your ice cream just as fruity and delicious. Bring your ingredients back to the Dobrote Dolenjske culinary center, where the real fun begins. Under guidance, both kids and parents will learn how to transform these fresh farm treasures into your very own, delicious homemade ice cream.Includes
