Description
Meet your caving team 15 minutes before the start at the office in central Bovec. After a short 5-minute drive to the cave entrance, you will gear up and hike about 20 minutes to the cave.
The cave passages are narrow, requiring participants to walk in single file. During the two-hour tour, navigate large galleries, tight halls, and sections that involve climbing and crawling. Observe formations such as stalagmites, stalactites, and fossils shaped over billions of years.
The tour exits on the opposite side of the cave atop a 30-meter wall, where you will individually rappel down. A 10-minute walk returns you to the vehicles, followed by a drive back to the Bovec office.
