Description
This kayaking experience on the upper Sava River offers several river sections with varying difficulty levels, making it suitable for total beginners and those wanting to improve their skills. The activity begins at a meeting point in the village of Srednja Dobrava, close to the highways and towns of Radovljica, Bled, Kranj, and Kropa.
You will receive all necessary equipment for whitewater kayaking, including a neoprene suit and shoes, helmet, life jacket, splash jacket, and spraydeck. A driver will then take you to the starting point based on your experience. The certified guide provides safety instructions and support throughout the 6 km river section. After completing the route, transport returns you to the initial meeting spot.
Requirements
- Good health; not suitable for people with heart conditions or pregnant women
- Basic swimming ability
- Participants must be at least 12 years old; minors require a parent or guardian present for paperwork
